Cape May Cafe for dinner.

If you ask about Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort many people will know that there is a character breakfast with some fabulous food, and some great company including Minnie, Goofy, Donald and possibly others dressed in their beach gear, ready for a fun day at the beach.
But for Dinner they have a wonderful seaside offering.
Here is a peek at the dinner buffet.

Tables are covered with paper, children are given crayons to occupy them
while adults enjoy their dining experience
No worries Perry is not dead, just laying next to his portrait that my youngest drew.
There were many offerings for children Mac'n'cheese a long standing fav. in my house, mini hotdogs, corn on the cob, and rolls.
As you can see a portion of the adult fare, there is lots of seafood.
Steamed crab legs, steamed hard shell clams, chowder and sides.
(I have to say I appreciated these fresh crab legs much more after catching and steaming crab at home the week before our trip to Disney World)
Yes it was a little work, but well worth the fresh chunks of buttery goodness that was attained after a small investment of my time.
So after the goodness of the main course came one of my favorite things!
Yummm.
How delightful does this look?
One thing I love about the desserts at Disney dining venues is that they really do it up right.
They are beautiful!
You don't need to be a movie star to get a beautiful dessert.
(although we all know I secretly am ~Smiles)
Which one looks good to you?
This was my all time favorite dessert at Disney World!
Let me introduce you to the Oreo Bon Bon.
Have you ever wished you didn't have to twist and lick the goodness out of the oreo,
it is too much work for too little goodness.
Well here is a little something that will brighten your day!
See that?
 It tastes like Oreo filling!
Dipped in chocolate and dusted or rolled in yum!
With a dollop of chocolate frosting to top it off!
Wow!
You need to try this, it is amazing!
and when your belly is soo full of seafood and topped off with Bon Bons and your belt is about to bust.
There is this...
To end the evening with a stroll on the beautiful boardwalk.
So even though Minnie does not visit for dinner it is a very enjoyable meal,
I really enjoyed my visit to Cape May Cafe in Disney's Beach Club Resort.
I hope that if you are a seafood lover you too will put this on your list of must visit restaurants!
