Green is the color of the Day!

So tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day.
Do you have a hard time getting your children, including the grown ones to eat spinach?
Check this out!
I thought it was crazy, but it is actually FABULOUS!!!
I love COSTCO, and spotted this recipe they call Popeye's Ice Cream you can see it here on their website.
I used coconut milk! it was wonderful.
I am not a fan of soy milk, or even almond milk, but coconut milk is actually good.
Here is my recipe because for the life of me I can't seem to follow a recipe.  ~Smiles
3/4 cup Coconut milk
1/3 cup honey
2 cups spinach
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups Ice
toss it in a blender...
Blend it on up!

Mine turned out more like a smoothie,(I think because I did not use the powdered milk)  and it was Delish!

3 cups of green goodness. Here were the 3 unedited responses...

Cup 1: Thumbs up! "I like the taste, but next time can we make it a different color?"  Cup #2 Thumbs up! "It was very very good I loved it, it had to have food color in it!  Cup #3(me sorry no pic. today! ) Thumbs up! "We will make this again"
So this is what I was left with...
Who says raw veggies have to be torture?
These were Wonderful.
Try it, and let me know what you think.
Happy St. Patrick's day!
