Make Mickey Valentines memories.


          Wondering what to make for breakfast for your loved one for Valentines day, or any day?

here is an idea.

Make your own Magical memories, or remember your last Disney vacation, and dream about your next while enjoying this yummalicious breakfast.

 Puffed french toast, like at Walt Disney World's Crystal Palace serves for breakfast everyday.

(I don't think I would suggest eating it everyday, not as good for you as apples and

Special K, but definitely a good switch up for a special occasion) 

Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
1-1/4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
6 slices Texas style toast, cut in half diagonally
Powdered sugar to dust (we call this Pixie dust in my house)

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and milk until blended. Slowly add flour and baking powder; mix until smooth. Dip bread in batter. Fry in hot skillet with oil until browned.

Drain on paper towels

Dust the sugar  over a mickey cut out to create the magical Mickey!

now call your Valentines to the table to enjoy!

This even freezes well, just freeze individually on a cookie sheet and put in a bag after they are frozen.

Take pieces out when desired and pop them in the toaster and yummm enjoy with a magical dusting of Pixie dust, (I mean powdered sugar of course). And remember your memories from your last Disney vacation while enjoying this scrumptious delight!

Looking for a trash can?

This was my sons best day at Disney World!

 He researched this very trash can weeks before our trip.

 This is no ordinary trash can this is "Push".

A very special trash can a trash can with personality!

He walks and talks. He interacts with the crowds around him.

 We did find out that Push is on the schedule,

you can ask any cast member in Tomorrowland in

 Magic Kingdom where and when to look for Push.

Good luck finding this special trash can, and Yes you can use him as a trash can too!

(As you see in the first picture we saved a piece of trash just for Push)

We have so many other memories that are so similar.
My family also adores Walt Disney World.
There is an amazing weekend planned in September. Night Of Joy!
A combination of Magic Kingdom and  some of the coolest Christian bands here is the current line up.

The cookie that ate Daddy..

Ok, well maybe it is the cookie Daddy ate...

Today my Hubby is remembering his Cookie Sandwich...

I was talking with a new friend about the ice cream sandwiches,

I knew that I wanted one. 

He stated that he had already had one that day, and it was great. 

 So I waited...

I waited all day...

and all afternoon for the perfect ice cream sandwich.

The time when I knew it would be better than any commercial for a fast food hamburger!

(This is Cindy editing here... fast food?

I would've written Blissful chocolate, but that just wasn't masculine enough...well you get it.) 
 

Then it was here, it was the perfect time to eat the mondo, uber sized ice cream sandwich. 

When it came time to get ready to gather the fam. around the flag pole and watch Wishes at the Magic Kingdom. 

I snuck into the Bakery and used one of my snack credits to redeem my ever so longed for ice cream sandwich. 

 placed it in a to-go box and scurried off to meet the fam. next to the flag pole. 

My friends Wife yelled at him for selfishly eating one of those ice cream sandwiches earlier in the day while he was by himself, and he stated , "I didn't have that one!"
He actually ate the little one that is sold at the ice cream carts for one snack credit. 

 BIG difference.

 All in all, I made everyone totally jealous and everyone wanted to be me for a moment.

See it does pay to have an agent looking out for your best interest even if it is just a snack!

(Yes he gave me one very SMALL bite.)

And then continued some "race against the clock" to finish it in like 2 minutes.

 I will never really understand men when it comes to food. but that was one good sandwich!

The bite I had was wonderful, and will get one to share on my next trip.

As for Daddy...

 Well he may have to get his own again.

And honestly I have no clue what is up with the glow sticks in the hat?

Maybe it is a new fashion statement!
