Whats up Wednesday?

So I was talking to a very good friend of mine last week.
She was a little disgrundled having not heard from me lately, and was razzing me about not having been blogging at my full potential.
She actually told me she thought something horrible happened to me.
She lives 5 hours away so driving over and knocking on my door was a bit out of the question.
She Knew my husband left his job on South Padre Island to take on a new challange of being house parents for teen moms which is a huge passion of mine.
What she did not know was that we were placed in a home with 10 yes 10 children. I do not have a plethora of time as I used to and have had to do some adjusting, and wiggling to make my blog happen.
God, My family, and my clients all come before my blog.
In the meantime our second week on the job my Father had a massive heartattack. He too lives 5 hours away. It was not until 3 weeks after the heart attack I got to go see him and tell him I appreciated the wonderful man he is. Fortunately he was able to get to the hospital and to the Cath Lab within 2 hours, he did not loose any heart function, and what verywell should have killed him did not. I am so glad God allowed him to be alright and know He must still have plans for my Father. I am reminded once again how important it is to tell those around you how special they are today. Don't wait.
So the reason for this What's Up Wednesday is to let you know I live in the real world too and I am sorry Life took over for about a month, but I am working on finding moments to share things with you on my blog I miss sharing, crafting and Dreaming of fluttering away to Disney World.
I do still have 10 kids, I don't live in a shoe, but sometimes I just don't know what to do.
And the "mommy mommy" gets first priority in my life.
If anyone has great projects, or parenting tips to share I would love to hear about them. I am always looking for ways to bring magic to my home.
As I find my footing in my new home I will be sharing the pixie dust with all of my new kiddos and sharing with you how I am able to do this. So this is what is up.
Friday I have a  a special recipe for a woonderful after dinner treat, actually my favorite after dinner treat at Walt Disney World and how I was able to bring this magic home to my kitchen!

  1. Sweet friend, I'm glad you posted an update. Amazing agent, you're doing a great job. And child of God, He is most assuredly proud of you as you seek Him so fully with your whole life.
